* All cars sell "AS IS"

* Bidders must have a valid driver's license

* $100.00 Cash Deposit. Refundable for non-buyers. Deposit for buyers is deducted from the cost of the vehicle

* If you are the winning bidder and do not pay for the vehicle, for any reason, you lose your deposit and are barred from any future auctions

* No Children Under 16 Years of Age may be in the auction area

* Titles Must Be Run By Dealer's Auto Auction, LLC

* $50.00 Title fee plus sales tax applies to each vehicle

* All cars must be paid for the day of the sale

* Titles must be registered in bidder's name only

* We accept Visa, Master Card, Personal Checks, and Cash

* If Paid by Check, Title Held Until Check Clears Bank

* Returned checks for insufficient funds for your bank will result in additional fees to cover bank and processing fees

* Each buyer is responsible to pick up vehicle title after it is processed

* We are NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries on the premises
